How We Do It
At Tellago, our goal is to build reusable, sustainable, and fully interoperable solutions that leverage the principles of SOA. When implementing a solution, we will:
- Gather project requirements
- Provide architectural recommendations
- Define technology implementation requirements
- Define training requirements
- Define and build prototype and proof of concept level solutions to test project strategy and implementation effectiveness
- Evaluate the project design effectiveness and redesign as necessary
- Provide implementation team leadership to ensure that the architectural plan is effectively executed
- Provide implementation and solution development resources to enhance client resources as necessary
- Provide training and mentoring to client resources sufficient to build and maintain in house development expertise
When engaging for a complete solution, the above list defines our high level process. However, we can also engage through phase specific services such as through architectural design sessions, proof of concepts, implementation services and mentoring services.
