Successful projects require thorough planning and experience has proven that success is directly proportional to quality planning. At Tellago, we answer the question of how to start a project through engaging in a detailed Architectural Design Session, or ADS.
Our ADS methodology starts with a review of the customer's project materials prior to the session. We then run a multi-day Architectural Design Session with the customer where we gather requirements, define existing systems and processes, and then explore the applicability of desired new processes to the current and proposed architecture.
Following the design session, we prepare a report that details our findings and recommendations. This report can then be used as the basis for a detailed implementation project plan.
