When engaging in a POC, we start by gathering a thorough understanding of the current and proposed system in order to define success criteria. From there, we design the new system components. In order to test the designed system, we will develop and test the new components through a prototyped solution. The prototyped solution is evaluated and used as the basis for the new system implementation.
